Several times I asked this question on myself.

Now, I got the positive answer that "YES" We can get internet anywhere from the world and also it is a open access thats what Outernet is.

How it works?

Outernet had its own satellite in the space. From the satellite Latern (a device which is used to recieve the signals from the satellite and much more) recieves signal as like as antenna and by creating the hotspot the data was transfered via wifi to all the devices.

Latern:

Latern-"a library in every pocket" said by Outernet . Latern is a device that receives free data forever. Latern receives the radio waves from the satellite by Outernet in space. It collects the data and share with your device via wifi. You can also charge with your phone by Latern. It is covered by solar pannels hence it charge itself and also used as a poratable charger for your mobile.
